She was born October 3, 1955 in Massillon, Ohio to the late Larry and Betty Mullen. Jane was a graduate of Jackson High School, and attended Stark State College. She was a member of Church of the Lakes United Methodist, and AQHA. She will be remembered for her love of all animals.
She is survived by her husband, Pete Shaheen; daughter, Sarah Shaheen; step-son, Jason (Tina) Shaheen; step-grandchildren, Paige and Sloane; step-daughter, Melissa Prestier; step-grandchildren, Beau, Braden, Brock, and Bailey; brother, Larry (Andrea) Mullen; and nephew, Brian Mullen.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Friday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Pastor Janet Zimmerman officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 5:00-8:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Church of the Lakes United Methodist, or ASPCA.
