JoAnn Miller

December 9th 1948- February 19th 2025

JoAnn, mother to Jennifer (Rob) Bowerman of Toronto Canada, Erin (Michael) Jacobs of Massillon, Robert Miller of Canton and Sarah (Tim) Powell of New Franklin, passed away on February 19th, 2025 after a long chronic illness. Her final moments were spent peacefully in her home in North Canton surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her husband William, whom she missed so much and was ready to reunite with him.

Known for her one liners and her sense of humor, JoAnn's family asks that she be remembered by her infectious laugh and her love of bingo scratch off lottery. JoAnn will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

JoAnn also had infinite love of her grandchildren, Jessica Emmons, Colton Bowerman, Xzavier Jacobs, Caden Jacobs, Hailey Powell, Zoe Powell and great grandchildren, Johnny and Jane Schmidt. She was always so happy to see them.

To honor JoAnn's wishes, the family will not be having funeral services. They invite everyone who knew her to please privately celebrate JoAnn's memory in your own ways. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

The family would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses at Davita in Belden who took amazing care of her throughout her illness. She looked at them as her second family and cherished the time she spent with them.
