John Hudson Bryan Jr.

John was born April 2, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Ruby (Sliter) and John Hudson Bryan, Sr.. As a gunnery sergeant, John served in the US Marine Corps from 1963 to 1975, and later worked in sales training management for Firestone for 27 years. John was a former member of Life Hope Church.

John is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eula Darlene Bryan; son, Kevin L. Bryan; granddaughters, Alexis and Avery Sedlacko; son-in-law, Victor Sedlacko; sister, Bobbie Gardner; three nieces; one nephew; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Bryan Sedlacko.

A visitation for John will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, Ohio 44718, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
