Kenneth J Lunn

He was born in Massillon on September 12, 1942 to the late Samuel and Bernice (Ruch) Lunn. Kenneth was a graduate of Massillon Washington High School and attended Kent State University on a swimming scholarship. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve and retired from the Hoover Company. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, a former member of the Jackson Lions Club, and a 50 year member of the YMCA. He loved Massillon Football, the Cleveland Browns, Lake Erie, fishing, boating and water skiing. Kenneth loved life and making people smile.

He is survived by his wife, Carole, of the home; son, Mark (Stacy) Lunn of Florida; brother, David (Jeanie) Lunn of Tennessee; nephew Nathan (Ashley) Lunn; two great nieces; and faithful companions, Babe and Wolf.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Rev. David Schoen officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
