Lucille E. Trachsel, age 95, a lifelong resident of North Canton, passed away January 1, 2018 in Canton. She was born September 29, 1922 to Elmer and Eva Druckenbrod, and graduated in 1941 from NoCaHi in North Canton. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale, brothers Donald and Harold, sister Arlene, and daughter Susan Turner. She is survived by her daughter Sandra (Michael) Kisak, grandchildren; Christopher Kisak, Daniel Kisak (Fiancé Jenifer and her son Samuel), Michelle (Robert) Mechling, Ryan and Kevin Turner, son-in-law Richard Turner, numerous nieces and nephews, and the light of her life for 11 months great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Lucille Mechling.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Friends and family may call from 5-7 on Thursday, January 4, 2018 also at the funeral home. Committal will take place at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
