She was born February 7, 1942 in Enterprise, West Virginia to the late Archie and Bernice (Dillow) McIntire. Marlene was a faithful member of the Salem Bible Methodist Church in Salem, Ohio. On Easter Sunday of 1975 she gave her heart to the Lord Jesus.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny; sisters, Lillian Begunich, Thelma Cochran, Zelma Adams, and Patty Robinette. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Joe Maley; twin brother, Marvin (Beverly) McIntire; and sister, Naomi Meyers.
Funeral services will be held at 10am on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton with Rev. David W. Crosley and Dr. Bob Bolois. Burial in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call from 5-7pm on Monday at the funeral home.
