Marvin worked at Hoover Company in maintenance for 42 years. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a former member of Zion United Church of Christ, and the North Canton Eagles Aerie 2223. He enjoyed fishing in his youth, was an avid bowler, golfer, and enjoyed dining out.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Raymond (Moose) and Wayne, and nephew Mark Steiner. He is survived by his sisters, Marilyn Stehler, Doris Boltres, and Elinor Steiner, nieces and nephews, Sharon Muller, Martin Boltres, Patti Allen, Christine Lauderdale, Jon Kaufman, and Michael Steiner.
Friends and family may call on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with the service to follow at 12 p.m. Burial will take place after at Forest Hill Cemetery.
