Nancy Josephine Andrews

Born in Uniontown, Ohio on April 1, 1934 to the late Ina and Dale DeMass. Retired from Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce after 20 years, and from The Hoover Company in 1991 after 28 years of service working in the telephone department of Office Services. She was a member of Greentown United Methodist Church, and attended the Northwest Church of Christ. She volunteered at Aultman Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, James; a grandson, Tyler James Smith; and her sister, Mary Hensley. She is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Robert) Toth, and Mary Beth (Richard) Smith; son, William (Wendy) Andrews; grandchildren, Sean (Alisa) Toth, Jamie (fiance Ian Mallette) Toth, Stephen (Beth) Smith, Bryan (Jaclyn) Smith, Timothy (Traci) Andrews, and Daniel (Sarah) Andrews, great-grandchildren, Peyton, Evelyn, Hudson, Emily, Josephine, Henry, Matthew, and Aaron; sister, Martha (Paul) Kelly; and her best friend, Bosley, her kitty.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home with Rev. Lance Lindenberger officiating. A private burial will be held at St. Jacob’s Cemetery. Friends may call from 1-3pm Saturday, two hours before services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Stark County Humane Society, 5100 Peach St NE, Louisville, OH 44641.
