A lifelong resident of Canton, Paul was a proud graduate of Louisville High School and a dedicated veteran of the United States Navy, where he served for six years. His military service was a defining part of who he was, especially his time aboard the USS Enterprise as a helicopter technician and rescue swimmer - roles he carried with great pride throughout his life.
Paul built a successful and respected career in the automotive industry. He spent many years working at the Waikem Auto Group, serving as both Service Director and later the General Manager. He also held leadership roles with the Montrose Auto Group and AutoNation, where he served as Regional Fixed Operation Director.
For the past 11 years, Paul was part of The Davey Tree Expert Company, where he served as Vice President of Fleet Services and Procurement. He was a dedicated and respected leader whose professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on the organization and all who worked with him.
Outside of his professional life, Paul found joy in the simple pleasures that brought him peace. He took immense pride in maintaining his lawn - widely known as best in the cul-de-sac - and cherished time spent with his family. He loved boating, fishing, and taking memorable vacations. Known for his kindness, empathy, and unwavering positivity, Paul was a strong and dependable presence in the lives of those around him.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Elisa Milano; his children, Kelsey Milano, Gianna Glassner, and Joshua Glassner; his parents, Marilyn and Paul Milano; and his brother, Anthony Milano, along with his family, Michele, AJ, and Austin Milano.
