IN THE CARE OF
Karlo-Libby Funeral Home & Sunset Hills Memory Gardens
"Although we are apart, your spirit lives within me, forever in my heart."
With sadness, love, and profound gratitude, the family of Rita Caveslio announces her passing on peacefully after a lengthy illness on July 27, 2022 at the age of 91.
Rita was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and an inspiration. As a former Realtor, she loved her job and enjoyed working with so many people and in making new friends along the way.
She had a passion for trying new home improvement projects, cooking, traveling, and having great conversations with family and friends. Her strong spiritual belief in the Lord guided her everyday decisions through her life. She was a strong and courageous person looking for new and exciting adventures. She left a lasting impression on all those she met. Never to be forgotten.
Rita resided in Massillon, Ohio most of her life along with her parents, Helen and Harold, sisters, Shirley and Pat, and brother, Richard from Pennsylvania.
She leaves behind her children, Jeff (Marcia) Caveslio and Debra (Jeff) Welch, her four grandchildren: Tyler Welch, Erin (Todd) Mejac, Deanna Caveslio, and Megan Caveslio; two great-grandchildren, Blake and Jade Mejac, and many cherished family members and close friends.
No words can express how much she will be missed and how much she is loved.
We celebrate Rita's life at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 11:00 am with visitation prior from 10 am to 11 am. Rita will be laid to rest at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
