Sandy loved her family and spending time with them. Sandy was a devout Christian and loved Jesus with all her heart. She enjoyed attending concerts such as Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, and the Booth Brothers, meeting them, and getting her picture taken with them. Sandy crocheted and donated most of the items she made to charities, hospitals, and shelters.
Sandy is survived by her daughter, Sandra Holland; grandson, Jason Hanlon; sisters, Nicky Heckel, and Shirley Shaffer; brothers, Bob (Wendy) Shaffer, and Dennis (Bobbi) Shaffer; nephew, Michael (Sandy) Shaffer; nieces, Christy (Craig Hart) Heckel, Teresa (Gary) Lindsey, and Leilani (Tommy) Rocker; and seven great-nephews and great-nieces.
Since there will be no formal service, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Sandy's name. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.karlofh.com for the Shaffer family.
