Ted often referred to himself as a carpenter but he truly was a master craftsman. His love for his craft and his attention to every detail will forever be remembered in the homes and remodeling projects he completed over the years in Stark County, Ohio. His love for his craft was equaled by his love of model trains, (LGB G Scale) and gardening, especially his meticulously maintained yard and care of over 200 varieties of Hosta.
Ted is survived by his wife, Beth Ferguson, his children David Habony (Tonya), Lori Habony, Kristine Kocher and Lesley Bernard (Vincent), six grandchildren, Lauren Habony, Laine Habony, Henry Kocher, Ethan Kocher, Sophia Bernard, Isabella Bernard, one great grandchild, Ricky Mizuto and one brother, Robert Habony (Sarah).
A private memorial service for the family is being planned at Sunset Hills Memorial Gardens and celebrations of life will be announced at a later time.
The family requests that donations in Ted’s memory be made to the American Heart Association.
