Thomas R Little

Thomas R. Little, 86, of North Canton passed away February 15, 2011. He was born February 19, 1924, in New Matamoras, OH, to Ralph and Maureen (Sutton) Little. Thomas graduated from Lehman High School in 1943. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps and served his country during World War II. He retired from Sugardale Foods after 39 years of service. Thomas also received a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University.

Thomas is preceded in death by his wife Dana (Danforth) Little; his parents; sister, Helen (Little) Ransom; his twin brother, Charles Little; and infant son, David Scott Little. He is survived by his son, Charles (Karen) Little; daughter, Elizabeth Little; grandchildren, Emily Little, Katie (Jim) DeSmith, and Charles Little.

Calling Hours will be held Thursday, February 17, 2011, at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home from 5 to 8:30 pm. The funeral service will be Friday, February 18, 2011, at Faith United Methodist Church in North Canton. Services will be conducted by Pastor Steve Stultz Costello. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Burial Park with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Faith United Methodist Church of North Canton.
