She was born August 7, 1930 in West Virginia.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, James. She is survived by her children, Clinton Wiegreff, Deborah Penland, James Wiegreff, Vickie Pickrell, and Michael Teel; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy, Carolyn, Betty, Linda, and Sharon.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 10-11am on Monday, one hour before services at the funeral home
