Wes graduated from Jackson High School and was the president and owner of WW Schaub Electric Company. Wes was a 32nd degree Mason with McKinley Lodge. He enjoyed his 58 years with his wife, Mary. He loved his family and friends, playing card games, collecting militaria, and dancing.
Wes is survived by his children, Wesley Schaub IV, Rodney Allen (Pamela) Schaub, and Douglas Lee (Bonnie) Schaub; his grandchildren, Megan, Stephanie, Andrew, and Rebecca, great grandchildren, Kaylynn, Delilah, Salem, and Maverick; brother, David Schaub; and sister-in-law, Helen Gortney. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and his granddaughter, Lindsey.
Visitation will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton, OH 44718, on April 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
