Mrs. Lee passed away November 5, 2025 at her home. She was born February 28, 1981 in Brownwood, TX to James Bernice MIller and Linda Leann Hurley Miller.
Amber never had children of her own, but she mothered many children. She was very selfless and enjoyed helping others. Amber was involved with Backpack Buddies, which helped provide food for school children. She was also involved in Coats for Kids in the winter and made Christmas possible for many children over the years. Amber had a great impact on everyone who met her. She encouraged and counselled many people and helped bring them closer to Jesus. She had a profound impact on her own family and their relationship to God. Amber helped start Calvary Community Church and co-pastored with Eddie for over six years. Amber was a classy woman; always put together, even when riding mountain trails on her mule.
Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her mother, Leann Miller; and cousin Jenny Hurley.
Amber is survived by her husband of 25 years, Eddie Lee; father, James Miller; brother, Adam and Britany Miller; "sister," Natalie Thorndyke; uncles: Johnny and Penny Hurley, Michael Hurley, Rocky and Linnie Miller; nieces: McKenna and Willow Miller; nephews: Gabriel and Madison Thorndyke and Austin and Carrie Thorndyke; cousins: Heather Witted, Ashley Hurley, and Chancey and Nicole Miller; her poodles: Beaux and Hayle; and numerous in-laws who loved her dearly.
Pallbearers will be Adam Miller, Lane Ward, Philip Lee Jr., Michael Lee Jr., Seth Lee, Michael Baker, Dawson Baker and Tommy Ward.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
