Annie Marie McDonald

Services for Annie Marie McDonald, 95, of Mineola, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday, November 9, 2015, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX, with Rev. Larry Glosup and Rev. Steve Glosup officiating. Graveside committal service and interment will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in Brookside Memorial Park in Houston, TX.

She passed away October 27, 2015, in Mineola.

Annie was born on February 19, 1920, in Laneville, TX, to William Benjamin and Ada Mae Stafford Perry.

Annie was married to her faithful husband, Rev. Troy Lee McDonald for 55 years. She was a Baptist by faith and a member of First Baptist Church North Houston for 35 years. After moving to Hughes Springs, she moved her membership to First Baptist Church of Daingerfield. She worked for McKesson and Robbins Wholesale Drug in Houston for 26 years. She loved her family, home, neighbors and her dogs. She was a wonderful cook and homemaker who enjoyed sewing and quilting and always kept her house clean and organized. Annie always had an opinion and a smile to go with it. She was truly a lady in every way.

Annie is survived by her Daughter, Geneva Lorraine Glosup of Mineola; Daughter, Myrle and Sanford Davis of Shreveport, LA; Sister, Jane and Joe Tomanec of Cuero, TX; 6 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren; and 21 Great Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Rev.Troy Lee McDonald; Sister, Willie Mae Crawford; and Sister, Curtis Lee Compton.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at Eubank Funeral Home.
