She passed away on May, 4, 2016, in Wills Point, TX.
Billie was born March 26, 1928, in Leonard, TX to George and Alice Stanfield.
Interment will be at Leonard Cemetery in Fannin County.
Billie Ruth grew up in Leonard where she attended school. She worked as a seamstress for most of her life. She lived in Mesquite for several years before moving to Quinlan. She enjoyed sewing and working in her yard. She was a Baptist by faith.
Billie was survived by her Granddaughters, Cendy Gass and Tammy Thornhill, 6 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren, Sister, Katherine Bilyeu, Brother, Louis Stanfield.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, George & Alice Kennedy Stanfield, Husband, John Dean Nicholson, Son, Jackie Louis Nicholson and Sister Bobbie Andrews.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
