Billy passed away May 25, 2019 in Mabank, TX. He was born July 14, 1947 in Dallas, TX to Clifford Eugene and Dora Lee Scott Pryor.
Billy grew up and attended school in Irving. He married Stella Brackeen on October 1, 1965. Billy loved his family, enjoyed bowling and making people laugh. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Kemp, TX.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother, Dora Lee and Morris Ward, father, Clifford Eugene Pryor, and brother, Jack Pryor.
He is survived by his wife, Stella Darlene Brackeen Pryor, son, Billy and Chris Pryor, son, James and Amy Pryor, grandsons, Brian Swoyer and Tylor Scott Pryor, granddaughter, Lacy Nicole Pryor, great grandsons, Charlie Swoyer and Christopher Swoyer, brothers, CJ Pryor, Joe Pryor and Carroll Ward, sisters, Barbara Cole and Emma Lee Albright.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
