Jesus loves the children and we know this to be true, from the Gospel of Matthew, because of how He responded when a large group of children were rushing towards Him. Jesus was exhausted at the time and one of the disciples held the children back and attempted to turn them away, because Jesus was resting. Overhearing, Jesus responded, "Let the little children come. Do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14. Knowing this truth, be at peace and rest in Christ, for that is what Blake is doing right now. He was personally met by the Savior and you can picture Jesus picking him up, tossing him up in the air while Blake is experiencing the best high a Christian can have, seeing the face of Jesus Christ. Oh how he is being loved! Think about that and then think about this...it is a temporary separation and as time will pass, you will get closer and closer to seeing him again. Rest in this hope, given to you by Christ the Lord. Bless you all!

Blake was in my class in the Parents Day Out program. I had the absolute pleasure to teach him in two different classrooms. He was my buddy, always the first one there and helped me pick out (or dump out in his case 😂) toys for the morning. That little boy was full of life and marched to the tune of his own drum which is what I loved most about him. I could tell just by looking into his eyes what he needed, whether that be something new and exciting to play with (or dump out in his case 😂), or if he was just feeling a little overwhelmed and needed one on one loving time. I am so blessed that Blake was a part of my life.
