Services for Carolyn Kay Carter Easley, 59 of Canton, TX are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Bro. Steve Glosup and Pastor Mike Nelson officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories in Canton.

Ms. Easley passed away December 13, 2015, in Tyler, TX.

She was born September 24, 1956, in Athens, TX to John Harley and Mary Elizabeth Highnote Carter.

Carolyn was a Christian by faith. She and her husband, Danny, were married for seven years. She enjoyed fishing, reading, puzzles and working in her yard. She loved Christmas time, especially since the arrival of the beloved grandchildren. Carolyn adored her little dogs, Dolly and Dotson.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Easley of Canton; daughter and son-in-law, Marta and Jimmie Morgan of Canton; daughter, Carrie Hutson of Canton; stepson, Aaron Easley of Canton; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Carol Carter of Mabank; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Garry McAnally of Edom;brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Linda Carter of Mabank; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Larry Teague of Mabank; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Kenneth Davis of Canton; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Cassie Carter of Mabank; brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Sheila Carter of Mabank; and four grandchildren, Brileigh Linder, Erica Easley, Colby Hutson, and Elliott Morgan of Canton.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; stepson, Austin Easley and stepdaughter, April Easley.
