Daisy LaVerne Hardin

Daisy passed away November 11, 2018 in Mart, TX.

She was born December 18, 1924 in Shawnee, OK to Arthur Lusk and Nellie Ruth Fair Lusk.

Daisy grew up in Dallas where she was an active member at the Oak Cliff Assembly of God. During WWII, Daisy worked for Boeing Aircraft. She married Walter Hardin June 30, 1947, in Rockwall, TX and they raised their three children in Dallas before retiring to Canton. Daisy loved traveling and adventures. She also enjoyed her pets and cooking for her family. After her late husband passed away, Daisy moved to Mart, TX where she was a member of First Baptist Church of Mart.

She is survived by her Daughter, Kathy Hardin; Son, William and Lydia Hardin; Son, David Hardin; five Grandchildren; and eleven Great Grandchildren.

Daisy is preceded in death by her Parents, Arthur and Nellie Lusk; Husband, Walter Hardin; and five Brothers and Sisters.

Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, TX.

Family will receive friends Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
