Danny enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, watching old westerns, and history, specifically the Civil War era. Reading books and listening to music were a lifelong passion.
Danny is preceded in death by: his parents Dennis Brunson and Bonnie Hyden; his brother, Bobby Kernell; and nephew, Brian Kernell.
He is survived by: his wife, Dee Anne Brunson; his daughters, Lynn Brunson, Becky Doss and husband Jay Doss, and Bonnie Brunson; his grandchildren, Devyn Allen, Tayler Brunson, Byron Miller Jr., Brylee Miller, and Nathan Billot; his great-grandchildren, Jayce Brunson, Aspyn Allen, and Isabella Marquez; his nephews, James Williams and Jerald Williams; his niece, Sabrina West; his found family with Ismo and Cynthia Esparza and their family; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Forest Grove Community Church, located at 21762 Forest Grove Drive, Chandler, Tx.
