Darlene Cantrell Chandler

Darlene Cantrell Chandler left this Earth for her Heavenly home on April 4, 2020. She was ready to see her Heavenly Father & all of her family that had gone on before her including her husband, Hollis.

Darlene was born on January 28, 1942 in Ben Wheeler, Texas. She graduated from Snyder High in 1960. Darlene was a devoted Christian and taught Sunday School for many years, even practicing her lessons on her own 2 children, Darla Kay & Larry. She loved to sing in the church choir & ladies groups. Darlene and her sister, Yvonne, loved to sing together. She was an Avon Lady and an avid bowler.

Darlene was preceded in death by the love of her life, Hollis; parents, Rolen and Lillie Cantrell; brother. Bobby Cantrell & sister, Yvonne Castleberry. She is survived by her daughter, Darla Bethune (Jimmy); son, Larry Chandler (Tracy); Grandchildren, Jamie Parham, Austin Berry, Mac Chandler, Steven Chandler, Kirsten Jennings & Emily Bettinger; Great Grandchildren Jean & Hayden Parham, Keaton Mogg, Raelynn & Rustin Jennings, Addison Bettinger and Garren Chandler.

A small chapel service was held at Eubank Funeral Home on Monday, April 6th. Burial was in Haven of Memories Cemetery in Canton, Texas.
