Debbie Gail (Warren) Nordin

Debbie Warren Nordin was born April 12, 1958 in Grand Saline, TX to the late John Wesley Warren and Ima Theodore Warren. She was a lifelong resident of Canton. She was part of the 1976 Canton graduating class. Debbie served in her community as a Registered Nurse when she graduated from nursing school from Trinity Valley Community College at the age of 34 while raising her 2 sons. She enjoyed working in her yard, fishing, golfing, visiting small venues to listen to live music and Karaoke with friends. She enjoyed eating catfish when she had the opportunity. One of her favorite memories was singing backup for Elvis Tribute impersonator James Wages.

Debbie passed away peacefully at her home on March 4, 2024 at the age of 65 in Canton, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Ima Warren, siblings, Randy Warren, Shirley Phillips, and Madelon Hilliard. Grandparents Alonzo and Bessie Warren, Lou Cantebury and John Reeves.

Survivors include: her husband, Ronald Eric Nordin of Canton; children, Wesley Wilkerson and Nathanial Ryan Wilkerson; brothers and sisters-in-law John Wayne and Linda Warren of Canton and Larry and Marta Warren of El Dorado Hills, California; Grandchildren: Jordan, Savannah, Jayden, Harley Marie, Brycen, Rylee Marie and John Thomas Wilkerson. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, who played a special part of her life.

Debbie Nordin lived her life to the fullest and, loved her family and friends dearly. Her strong and loving spirit will be missed by all that knew her.
