Graveside services for Elsie Christine Howell, 88, of Murchison, TX. are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Red Hill Cemetery in Murchison, TX, with Billy McLean officiating under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home of Canton.
Mrs. Howell passed away November 9, 2015, in Chandler, TX.
She was born January 8, 1927, in Brookeland, TX. to William Robert and Rosie Anna Mayne Geddie.
Christine graduated from Brownsboro High School. She attended nursing school at Henderson County Memorial Hospital and received an LVN degree in 1958. She retired from nursing after twenty years of service. Christine enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening and cooking for her family. She always treasured spending time with her family.
Mrs. Howell is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tommy Howell, three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her Daughter, Robin Holt and David of Brownsboro, TX. Son, Mike and Janet Howell of Murchison, TX. Granddaughter, Katheryn and Johnny Green, Grandson, Charlie and Erica Howell, Granddaughter, Heather and Warren McMillan, 7 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren and Sister, Onita Cason.
