Funeral services for Gary Simmons, 72, of Martins Mill, will be held 2 pm Saturday, October 26, 2024, at First Baptist Church in Canton with Pastor Mike Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Holly Springs Cemetery in Martins Mill.
Mr. Simmons passed away October 24, 2024 in Tyler. He was born July 18, 1952 in Dallas to Henry Scott "Jack" Simmons Jr. and Mary Jim Peel Simmons.
Gary is survived by his mother, Mary Jim Simmons of Martins Mill; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Rex Presley of Martins Mill; nieces and nephews: Shea and Derek Redden, Sam Presley and Jeremiah, and Brandin and Theresa Presley; great-nieces and great-nephews: Payton, Rhett, Riley, Kolbi, Logan, Brett and Brennan, Sawyer and Hagan.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
