

Born on April 16, 1931, in Seagoville, Texas, Gracie spent most of her life in Fruitvale, Texas, where she built a life centered on faith, family, and kindness. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother whose love touched all who knew her.
Gracie worked as a housekeeper for many years and was known for her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and generous heart. She expressed her love through cooking, preparing meals that brought family and friends together. She also loved country dancing and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pete Alcalan, and by many brothers and sisters.

Gracie leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory and carry her love with them always. Her legacy of compassion, strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed and long remembered.
Services will be held on July 15, 2026, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, Texas 75103. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the service at 11:00 a.m.
