Hope grew up in Dallas and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. On April 13, 1984, Hope married her one true love, James Hinton Jr. Together they built a life of love and laughter.
Hope was a Christian by faith and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Kaufman, Texas. Hope was full of life and a happy go lucky person. Hope enjoyed visiting with people and had the gift of gab. She never met a stranger. She was the strongest woman you would ever meet. Hope delighted in going on a road trip with James; turning on country music and singing as they drove. Hope was an avid collector of elephants and a wonderful baker. Baking and cooking for her family brought her joy. Hope was a loving mother, who adored time with her daughter, Samantha. The laughter could be heard through the house as the family played a good game of Wahoo.
