Mrs. Moosberg passed away July 30, 2025, in Van. She was born June 4, 1949 in Tyler to Ernest Hubert and Nola Faye Dumas Posey.
Janice was a member of the New Harmony Baptist Church. She graduated from John Tyler High School and then Tyler Junior College. Janice enjoyed breeding and showing quarter horses. She was very talented at sewing, crafting and home decorating. She enjoyed making wreaths and decorating Christmas Trees.
Mrs. Moosberg is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; two daughters: Suzanne Williams and Tanya Michelle Lovgren; parents, Ernest and Nola Faye Posey; sister, Romona; and two grandchildren: Anthony Jr. and Emily.
Janice is survived by her son, David and Dana Williams; seven grandchildren: Ashley, Christopher, Sierra, Faith, Kinley, Kelsey and Karsyn; three great-grandchildren: Nevaeh, Natalie and Claire; three sisters: Peggy, Angela and Bonita; and numerous nieces and nephews.
