Jeffery Roy Henry

Jeffery Roy Henry, 67, passed away on October 8, 2026. Born on November 8, 1958, Jeffery built a life marked by steady dedication, deep love for his family, and a quiet appreciation for the outdoors. A resident of Edgewood, Texas, he will be remembered with respect and affection by all who knew him.

For 18 years, Jeffery worked for Flower Baking Co., a testament to his reliability and commitment. Beyond his work, he found lasting enjoyment in fishing and hunting, drawn to the calm and clarity of time spent outdoors. In the everyday moments that mattered most, he cherished being a loving father and a loving grandfather, and he valued nothing more than being close to those he loved. He also took comfort in the companionship of his dog, finding simple joy in time spent together.

He is preceded in death by his parents, David Roy and Margaret Ann Henry.

He is survived by: his loving wife, Marilyn Henry; his children Rebecca Illingworth and husband Ben, Jennifer Hasbell, Melissa Campbell, Bobby Mazingo, and Crystal Herrera and husband Matt; and his thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX on October 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. A Committal Service will follow at Haven of Memories Memorial Park beginning at 10:00 am.
