Services for Judy Ann Germany, 72, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 10 am Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at the Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Pastor Alan Van Hosser officiating. Burial will be in Haven of Memories.
Mrs. Germany passed away, Saturday, August 6, 2016, in Grand Saline. She was born November 7, 1943, in Compton, California to Ralph James and Bonnie Angeline Walton Attaway.
Judy graduated from Irving High School and then received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Northlake Community College in Irving. She was an accountant for 40 years. Judy’s life was renewed when they moved to Grand Saline in 1997. She enjoyed gardening and volunteering. She was a former treasurer for the Salt Museum in Grand Saline and a former member of the Van Zandt County Library Board of Trustees. Judy was a Methodist by faith. She was a great cook.
Judy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jimmy Germany of Grand Saline; son, Kyle Germany of Grand Saline; son, Khristopher Ralph Germany and his wife, Bridget Campion of Dallas; 2 grandsons: Leland Khristopher Germany and Tyler Young Germany; and a brother, Jim Attaway of Farmersville.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
