Graveside services will be held at Rock Hill Cemetery in Yantis, TX.
Kathy passed away on January 19, 2018, in Tyler.
She was born on November 8, 1952, in Sulphur Springs, TX to G.W. and Freda Nell Gilbreath Banks.
Kathy was a member of the Canton Church of Christ. She graduated from Texas A&M and was an educator for many years in the Canton school system.
She is preceded in death by her father, G.W. Banks; Monty Banks; and Martha Fowler.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Robert Clayton Conway, Jr. of Canton; son, Robert Clayton Conway, III and wife Alecia of Canton; daughter, Anna Conway of Canton; grandson, Robert Clayton Conway IV; granddaughter, Casey R. Conway; grandson, Ridge C. Conway;grandson, Stockton Cranek; grandson, Lincoln Pazos; mother, Nell Banks of Canton, brother, Paul Ray Banks of Pittsburg.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 23, 2018, at Canton Church of Christ from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Pallbearers will be Wayland Burns, Jerry Teel, Mark Gilbreath, Charlie Morgan, Clay Conway, Stockton Cranek, Ridge Conway, Lincoln Pazos.
