Leona passed away November 10, 2014 in Mesquite, Texas.
She was born May 27, 1918 in Irving, TX, to William and Vergie Price Burlison.
She was a member of Canton Church of Christ for the past 14 years. Leona grew up in the Cedar Hill and Duncanville areas. She loved to cook, and enjoyed ceramics, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are Daughter, Jeanette and Rex Junior of Canton, Daughter, Wanda and Charles Humphreys of Canton, Grandson, Nick and Kim Junior, Grandson, Rick Junior, Granddaughter, Laurie and Kevin Navarro, Granddaughter, Tracy and Kerry McIlroy, Grandson, Mike and Dawn Humphreys, 13 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, and several Nieces and Nephews.
Leona was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Floyd Butler, Husband, Arthur Bryant, and 10 Brothers and Sisters.
Pallbearers are Nick Junior, Rick Junior, Mike Humphreys, Kerry McIlroy, Kevin Navarro, and Robert Hughes.
