Lou-Dean passed away May 3, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.
She was born June 26, 1939 in Brigham City, UT to William Hughes Dickey and Francis Quire Dickey.
Lou-Dean grew up in Utah where she attended school. She was Latter Day Saint by faith and married Edward Albert April 12, 1979. They lived in Tennessee and Kentucky before settling to East Texas. Lou-Dean enjoyed dancing, farkle, gambling and watching sports. She loved spending time with her family most of all.
She is survived by her Husband, Edward Manuel Albert; Son, Rick & Glenda Jeppsen; Daughter, Teena & Tony Mathis; Son, Steven & Kris Jeppsen; 11 Grandchildren; 48 Great-Grandchildren; 8 Great-Great Grandchildren; Brother, Joe Dickey; Sister, Mildred Tucker; Sister, Betty Talbot; and Sister, Kathi Reedy.
Lou-Dean is preceded in death by her Parents, William & Francis Dickey; Son, Rodney Jeppsen; Great-Grandson, Vance Oliver Taylor; Brother, William Dickey; and Sister, Margaret Parson.
Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, TX.
Family will receive friends Wednesday May 6, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Cancer Research.
