Myrna passed away July 20, 2024 in Dallas. She was born August 9, 1942 in Jackson, Mississippi to James Kenneth and Lola Mae Prestridge Riley.
Myrna grew up in Monticello, Mississippi. She moved to Texas and worked for International Paper until she retired. She then worked for FedEx for 10 more years before fully retiring. Myrna enjoyed dancing, shopping, and going to the boats. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Myrna is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Gayle Nuttall; brother, Jim Riley; and grandson, Chad Davis. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Davis of Canton; son, Alan Lester Mabrey of Oakland, California; son, Derek Randall Davis of Dallas; three grandchildren: Brittany Tucker, Christopher Alan Mabrey and Clinton Zoski; six great-grandchildren: Tyler Davis, Jaxson Tucker, Avery Tucker, Addie Zoski, Luke Zoski and Stormy Nicole; three great-great-grandchildren: Lilliana Davis, Harleigh Davis and Ivy Reign Davis; and a sister, Sue Wright.
