Services for Nell Rose Maxwell, 87, of Euless, are scheduled for 10 am Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. Jimmy Chitty officiating. Interment will be in High Cemetery.
Mrs. Maxwell passed away August 17, 2020 in Hurst. She was born August 7, 1933 in Van Zandt County to James Martin and Iva Myrtle Stanbery Chitty.
Nell grew up in Van Zandt County in Wills Point. She married H.B. Maxwell on September 25, 1949. She was a good cook and loved to feed everyone who came to visit her. Nell is preceded in death by her parents, James and Iva Chitty; husband, H.B. Maxwell; and seven brothers and sisters.
Nell is survived by her two sons: Stephen Maxwell and James Ray Maxwell; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Richard; grandchildren: Justin Ray Maxwell and Katherine Nicole Adams; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
