Services for Nellie Mae Lilley, 80, of Canton, will be held 10 am Monday, December 10, 2018, at the Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Bro. Kenny Rowe officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
Mrs. Lilley passed away Friday, December 7, 2018, in Canton. She was born June 20, 1938 in Celina, TX.
Nellie was a member of Hayden Baptist Church in Wills Point. She worked for Dearborn Stove in Garland and then was a waitress for Jewel's Restaurant for many years. Nellie loved going to church and singing Gospel music. She also enjoyed going to garage sales and ironing for the public.
Mrs. Lilley is preceded in death by her husband of over 46 years, James Lilley; her parents, William Holford and Tommie Dee Crone Gillentine; and two brothers: Bobby and Earl Gillentine.
Nellie is survived by her three daughters: Debbie Bateman and husband, Bill, of Wills Point, Vickie Hall of Canton, and Melanie Ringueberg and husband, Tony, of Lufkin; eight grandchildren: Shannon Montgomery, Robbie Bateman, Stephen Chaney, Logan Hall, Autumn Davila, Nicholas Ringueberg, Brianna Ringueberg and Braedan Ringueberg; thirteen great-grandchildren; five sisters: Lillian Gillentine, Martha Morgan, Anita James, Barbara Robertson and Barbara Gividen; and a brother, David Penland.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Bateman, Stephen Chaney, Logan Hall, James Montgomery, Kolby Montgomery, Jason Gillentine and Gary Morgan.
Family will receive friends 6-8 Sunday at the funeral home.
