Services for Onie Ruth Pendleton, 73, of Sherman, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, February 26, 2016, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX, with Dr. Freddy Pendleton, Rev. James Pendleton, Dr. Eddy Johnson officiating.

Graveside services will be held at Haven of Memories in Canton, TX.

She passed away on February 21, 2016, in Denison, TX.

Onie was born on October 14, 1942 in Canton, TX, to Sidney & Ruthy Stanbery Fry.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Gainesville, TX. Onie liked to read & help out at church. She was a great help to Freddy in the ministry.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Sidney and Ruthy Fry; Brothers, Bob & Freddie Wayne Fry; and Sister, Kay Haley.

Onie is survived by her Husband of 55 years 9 months and 21 days, Freddy Pendleton of Sherman, TX; Son, Glen Pendleton of Omaha, NE; Daughter-in-law, Thresa Pendleton of Omaha, NE; Daughter, Nita White of Durant, OK; Son and Daughter-in-law, James and Kirsten Pendleton of Jenson Beach, FL; Grandchildren, Casey & Dan Newburn, Bailey Pendleton, Cooper Pendleton, Walker Pendleton, Colton White, Kaleigh Pendleton, and Caleb Pendleton; Brother, Joe & Karla Fry; Brother, George Fry; Brother-in-law, Don Haley; Numerous Nieces & Nephews, and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Cody Fry, Jeff Haley, Walker Pendleton, Colton White, Caleb Pendleton, and Cooper Pendleton.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John Coursey and Trent Westmoreland.

Visitation hours will be Thursday, February 25, 2016, from 6 pm to 8 pm and one hour prior to the funeral service.
