Phyllis passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her home in Martins Mill.
She was born December 23, 1946 in Athens, TX to G.A. Daniel and Jonnie Geneva Janes.
Phyllis grew up in Dallas and graduated from Samuels High School. She married Albert Aldridge on June 20, 1964. She attended Henderson County Community College before receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from UT Tyler. Phyllis and Albert lived in Van for over 20 years before retiring to Martins Mill. She enjoyed shopping, barrel racing, horse riding and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Phyllis was a member of Martins Mill Baptist Church for over 40 years.
She is survived by her Husband of 53 years, Albert Wayne Aldridge; Son, Mark Aldridge; Daughter, Lisa & Tim McLemee; Grandson, Payton McLemee; and Granddaughter, Savannah McLemee.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her Parents, G.A. and Jonnie Daniel.
Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton.
Family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
