Richard “Dicky” Paul Roffino, 71, of Canton, Texas went home to the Lord on July 26, 2021 in Tyler, Texas. He was born on November 14, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to Anthony Paul Roffino and Mary Theresa Scanlan Roffino.
Richard was Catholic by faith and grew up in East Dallas. He graduated from Bishop Lynch High School and then attended and graduated from Texas Tech University. He enjoyed spending time outdoors tending to his trees at his place in Canton that he loved. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, having owned one for over thirty years. He also spent time taking trips all over the US on his motorcycle. One of his most talked about trips was the time he rode to Alaska with his son and their friends. He and Marjorie also liked finding unique and quirky gifts for their friends and family.
On December 28, 2010 he married his beloved wife, Marjorie “Margie” Cerezo. The couple had 10 wonderful years together. Dicky leaves an empty space in the hearts of everyone that knew and loved him.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mary Roffino; son, Michael Paul Roffino.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Roffino; children, Melissa and Chris Davis, Melanie and Casey Wilson; daughter in-law, Trina Roffino; six grandchildren, Ashlyn Belle Davis, Andrew Michael Davis, Alta Rowan Wilson, Andre William Wilson, Anderson Trent Wilson and Garrett Paul Roffino; brothers and sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Rosary and Memorial Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, August 3rd starting at 9:15am. It will be held at St. Pius X Church at 3030 Gus Thomasson Road, Dallas, 75228.
