Services for Roger Dale Harris, 67, of Martins Mill are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2018 at Heritage Trail Cowboy Church in Ben Wheeler, TX under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.
Roger passed away January 4, 2018 in Martins Mill, TX.
He was born March 13, 1950 in Ft. Worth, TX to Porter Arnold Harris and Ruby Tabitha Jordan.
Roger grew up in Ft. Worth and graduated from Haltom High School in 1968. He married Jennifer Ann Koen January 15, 1982 and they lived in Paradise, TX until retiring to Martins Mill in 2017. Roger worked in construction and raised cutting horses in his spare time. He loved dancing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his Wife, Jennifer Harris; Daughter, Anjie & Ricky Wood; Son, Nicholas "Pug" Harris; Grandchildren: Brandon, Alexandra, Austin, Abigayle, & Aiden; Sister in Law, Merle Harris; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Roger is preceded in death by his Parents, Porter & Ruby Harris; and Brother, Wilburn Harris.
Interment will be at Cox Cemetery in Martins Mill, TX.
