In 1964 Wanda married the love of her life Edward "Red" Wilbanks. They moved to Canton in 1966 where she worked at Canton Elementary school for many years.
Wanda is preceded in death by her husband and four brothers, Ronnie, Courtney, Leon, and Durwood Lumpkin; son, Rex Haywood.
Wanda is survived by her sister, Jo Muskett and brother Jimmy Lumpkin; daughter Brenda Hughes and son Rodney Haywood; Grandkids Daffoni Jeane, Misti Fannin, Amber Haywood, Ryan Haywood, Andrew Haywood; Great Grand children Joshua Chapa, Korbyn Wilson, Cole Peters, Nikki Fannin, Reed Fannin, Maci Haywood, Tyler Haywood, Molly Haywood, Great great granddaughter Riley Chapa.
There will be a viewing at 1 pm followed by a service at 2 in the Chapel at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
