Wanda passed away on April 13, 2018 in Grand Saline.
She was born on October 8, 1931 in Grand Saline to Wilford Lee and Georgia Maurine White Skinner.
Wanda was a member of the Grand Saline Church of Christ. She was active in the Grand Saline VFW. Wanda lived in Baytown for many years before moving to Palestine and then Carrolton. She later retired to Grand Saline.
She is preceded in death by her husband, T.C. Williams; parents, Lee and Maurine Skinner; and a daughter, Criss Brown.
Wanda is survived by her son, Tom Williams and wife, Ruth, of Frisco; three grandsons: Ian Williams of Norman, OK; Jeff Floyd of Webster, TX; and Alan Floyd of Seattle, WA; and brother, Wilford Skinner of Grand Saline.
