Ann Kaufmann, age 100, died on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at the Palmview Assisted Living Facility in Cape Coral, FL. She was born on July 29, 1923 in Taunton, MA, the daughter of the late James and Mary McCarthy (Sieracki) who were immigrants from Ireland.
Ann was a free spirit, artsy and fun loving. She worked for many years as an artist in New York City and Miami, illustrating for department stores. She loved collecting shells on the beach, crocheting, cooking and traveling to the Smoky Mountains.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Kaufmann and her siblings Jim, Tim and Carol McCarthy.
She is survived by her beloved nieces, Laura Pierson and Lisa Johnson and her dear cats.
Ann will be remembered as a loving wife, wonderful sister, fun and generous aunt and a true believer of God.
