Brigid Ellen Lichota, 73 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017. She was born on June 21, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY to Michael and Brigid Conroy Donnelly. Brigid moved to Cape Coral in 2009 from Staten Island, NY.
She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 47 years, John Anthony Lichota; son, Sean (Jessica)Lichota; daughters, Michelle Lichota Marotte, Jacqueline Teresa Lichota; brothers, James and Joe Donnelly; grandchildren, Frederick Lichota, Melissa Marotte, Jamie Lichota, Jessica Lichota; great grandson, Christopher Vidal; sister in law, Dorothy Donnelly. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Megan Marotte in 2013.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Coral Ridge Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, with the Rite of Committal and Burial to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
