I first met Caleb as a guest at Ale House of Daytona. He came in every other day for 2 weeks, first couple of times he ordered his favorite our "Mountain Melt." He was new to the area and interested in working at our store. We spoke about the restaurant hours, menu, customer service and most important money. He submitted his application and soon enough I was lucky to become his trainer. As a trainee you get a meal at the end of your shift, I refused to let him get a "Mountain melt." I reminded him we have weeks of receipts that prove he had sampled the dish. He was disappointed but quickly fell in love with our French Dip with Sweet Potatoes. He was always smiling and trying to figure a quicker/better way to do our job. I enjoyed all of our shifts at work, and I miss him sneaking in the Emergency Exit a couple of minutes late. I miss him a lot. Condolences to the family.

Hello..my name is Daniele Lyons AKA" Danni". I worked with Caleb at Miller's Daytona Ale House. He would come up to the window and say, " Danni, I messed up. I forgot to ring in this tables food." I would respond," No not you Caleb!" We would just start busting out laughing......and I would say, "I got you..."
My deepest condolences from my family to yours. Caleb was a great guy. Always laughing and making jokes and of course sometimes a pain in my butt. But I am really going to miss him. Miller's Ale House will not be the same...

We hope that these days have been filled with the sharing of stories and memories.

Our campus knew him only briefly, but he was one of ours.

Forever an Eagle.
