Carl Fischer Voelcker, aged 76, of Cape Coral and Gilmanton, New Hampshire, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025 in the care of his devoted family and friends after a brave battle with cancer. His grace and fortitude in dealing with his final illness were awe inspiring and thankfully he is free now.
Carl was a beloved husband, father and friend. He was married to his wife, Christina Belew, for 30 years and she was the love of his life, as he was hers. He is survived by Christina, son Adam (Allyssa), granddaughter Theodora and sister Sarah Lippert (Bobby).
Carl had a successful 40-year career in broadcasting, communications and non-profit development. He had the opportunity to live in several states across the country and he took full advantage of each new place as an adventure. Carl was a gifted photographer, an excellent cook and baker and a tech wizard. Throughout his life his humor, his sense of fun, his interest in learning new things, his creativity and his ability to make friends with people of all kinds and ages made him a very special person to know.
Carl was a funny, kind, loving man who made the world a better place. Those who loved him are much poorer for his loss. We will sorely miss his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. But how lucky we are to have known someone who makes saying goodbye so hard.
Carl is off on his next adventure. Go with God dearest.
