Celeste Prioli

Celeste “Tina” (Fiasconaro) Prioli, age 104, of Cape Coral Florida, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, surrounded by her family at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral, Florida. She was the devoted wife of the late Carmine “Mello” Prioli for 58 Years. Born and raised in South Boston, she was the eldest daughter of the late Natale and Santa (Alibrandi) Fiasconaro. She had lived in Cape Coral, Florida since 1999.

Celeste provided a loving home for their five children. She will be remembered for her sharp memory, for never forgetting a birthday, and for recalling events of our past. She was a faithful fan of the Lawrence Welk weekly talent show, and she amazed us on how she could name each of the performers, as though they were friends. She enjoyed spending time with her grown children, grandchildren, and her great and great great-grandchildren.

Celeste was the mother of Carmine and (Elizabeth) Prioli of Chapel Hill, NC, Marie and (Mike) Mitchell of Coventry, CT, Joanne and (Bob) Chenette of Palmetto, FL, Celeste and (Jimmy) Perno of Cape Coral, FL and Natalie and (Bob) Burrell of Morrisville, NC. She was grandmother to Paul, Michael, Jennifer, Kari, Jamey, John and Andrew. She was great-grandmother to Justin, Kelly, Jenna, Ashley, Vanessa, Victoria, Maggie, Ben, Dominic, Chanelle, Dalton and Cora. And great, great-grandmother to Gabby, Ellie, Vivi, Lucas and Olivia. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Olivieri, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Coral Ridge Funeral Home at 950 Chiquita Blvd, S, Cape Coral Florida 33991, on Saturday, March 28th at 11 AM immediately followed by Entombment in the Sunset Mausoleum at adjacent Coral Ridge Cemetery. Following committal in the cemetery, friends and family are invited to remain and gather for a reception at the Remembrance Event Center located on the grounds inside the main building.
