Charles Dominic Cotugno Jr.

It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we announce the passing of Charles Dominic Cotugno Jr., lovingly known as “Rocky,” of Cape Coral, Florida. He passed away peacefully at his home on July 15, 2026.

Born on September 8, 1959, in Pennsylvania, Rocky built a life anchored in hard work, dedication to his community, and, above all, an unwavering love for his family. A resident of Cape Coral for more than 33 years, he positively impacted the community throughout his time there and leaves behind a beautiful legacy of strength, compassion, and service.

That legacy is carried forward by his loving wife, Carmen Cotugno; his son, Chas Cotugno; his daughter, Meghan London, and son-in-law, Michael London; his daughter, Charly-Madison Cotugno; and his three grandchildren, Espen Charles London, Giselle London, and Gracie London.

He is also survived by his loving parents, Charles Cotugno Sr. and Carole Gordon-Young; and his brother, Chris Cotugno. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Cotugno.
